Media Library Problem After Moving Site to New URL
-
Hi!
I recently moved a site following the instructions given in this video tutorial provided by Armin himself . I had to change the database prefixes, but other than that it worked smoothly.I was able to log in, I can also edit, publish, and use the media that I had uploaded before, but I can not upload new media. Images uploaded to the library only show an empty frame, and new typefaces are displayed as Times New Roman default.
Any ideas where to look for the problem?
Thanks!

Dear Raoul @rgo
This one will need further inspection because its hard to say without access to your website.
As some first steps of debugging just to be sure:
-
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
-
Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
-
Any third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
-
License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)
-
If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required” please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.
-
Additionally please take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html for known problems.
If these do not help:
Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?And will try to get this Bug sorted out as soon as possible
Sorry for any Inconvenience Raoul and talk soon :)
Best
