Fullscreen Slider stopped working on all pages

    Is there something going on with the fullscreen slider? I use it on a number of pages on my website and they all seemed to have stopped working. I haven't changed anything on my end and have tried multiple browsers but the pages I have set to the fullscreen slider are all blank except for my colored backgrounds and menu along the top.

    I tried unchecking the fullscreen option in editor mode and all the content is indeed still there, it just isn't showing up when fullscreen slider is selected. Wondering if this is something anyone else has noticed, of if it's just me, how to resolve!

      Same problem here! None of the pictures in my project are shown. Only the text on the page can be seen. I didn't change any settings of the website. I hope somebody finds a solution to this problem!

        Thank you for the update and apologies that it has occurred.
        Very strange that it happened suddenly, did you Update your Theme or Add-ons recently? any Third-party Plugins changed or activated?

        Both Lay Theme & Lay Theme's Addon's are up to date and in sync with each other?

        Considering this happened to both of you in the same way it's likely a bug and needs fixing.

        To help speed up the process:
        Could you please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

        I will also forward this thread.

          Thanks for the response! Will email now, but everything is up to date on my end and I haven't added any other Add-ons or Third-party plugins recently, which is why it was so confusing when it stopped working. Hopefully an easy fix!

            thank you for your fast response!
            I actually did not have the latest theme update installed! Now that everything is updated, the fullscreen slider add-on is working perfectly again!! :)

                Hi, I need urgent help.

                I have a problem with all my plugins. I first realized that my Carousel is not working, but then I realized none of my plugins are working. I reinstalled them and did all the things listed above. Instead of getting the plugins to work all the content disappeared from the frontend.

                I really hope you can help me fix this. Unfortunately it is quite urgent.

                  @Nike-D Sorry for such delay

                  Please make sure of the following before proceeding:

                  Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

                  Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

                  Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

                  If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

                  License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

                  If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
 Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

                  Possibly your website is running PHP 8.0 this has been known in some cases to cause issue.

                  Additionally take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html
 for known problems.

                  I am able to provide new download links to try a fresh re-install.

                  Before you post:
                  1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
                  2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
                  3. Disable all Plugins
                  4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

                  This often solves issues you might run into

                  When you post:
                  1. Post a link to where the problem is
                  2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
                  3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
