Same Mobile display for Tablet display

Hi !
I work on this website : http://eldorado-recycling.ch/fr and I want to set up the burger menu and mobile display to the tablet display. How can I fix it?

There's a little problem to fix yet. The bouton menu is not a the same place as I have an old iphone, a tablet or the last iphone 12 pro. (See the pictures) Is there a way to solve the problem ? thanks for answering.

To clarify: is the question that you want to have the Tablet layout on Mobile?OR how to have the Menu displayed in the centre on older devices ( it should )..

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
