Transition duration when navigating not working?

Hi, I'm not having any luck making the Transition duration when navigating work. no matter what I change the duration to, it has no effect on my website?

I have the latest installs on them, plugins and PHP, site running on WPENGINE.

Safari, I can't link to the site because its in the development area with password etc...

I'm seeing an error for the below, made something?

@paulcalver Solved, I didn't see the option to disable Ajax was ticked....
