    For some reason, none of my text formats work in Firefox, and everything shows as Times New Roman. I've tried adjusting the hierarchy of the formats and everything, but still no dice.

      If you could please post a link to your website we can have a better look :)

      Also it could well be that the Firefox browser doesn't register your font.
      As a test you should convert the font to .woff format that is web browser friendly and then upload and see if you have the same issue.
      You can use an online converter for this e.g:
      https://cloudconvert.com/woff-converter

        @Phearhead I once had the issue that firefox does not display .woff2 formats, only .woff standard. Maybe this helps you?

          it's happening on safari, right now too.
          I think there's something wrong ~ today

            Before you post:
            1. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
            2. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
            3. Disable all Plugins
            4. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"

            This often solves issues you might run into

            When you post:
            1. Post a link to where the problem is
            2. Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
            3. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
