Horizontal Line between Thumbnail and Project Title

Hello! I would like to know if there's a way to insert a horizontal line between the thumbnail image and the project title, on the home page. I would like to achieve a similar result to the one in the image linked here!

This is very possible using CSS with 'border-top' applied to the element.

Before you post
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
