Project Thumbnails Mouseover does not work anymore when description added

When a project thumbnail has title + description and they are set to appear both only on mouseover, the description over effect do not work anymore.
At the same time I had set the Thumbnail Mouseover to show the background color and does not work either.
The intention with this combination, would be to see at fist only image and when mouseover, to reveal title and description on a a white background.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
