Dear Agnus
@Agnes3000
Sorry to hear this and for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately it is very difficult isolate the problem from this screenshot.
Therefore could i ask that you make sure of the following please:
Could you please post a link to your website.
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)
If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required” Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.
Additionally take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html for known problems.
Once again sorry that the fix is not more immediate. Talk soon Agnes & best wishes
Sincerely
Richard -
Hey Richard,
Thx a lot for your quick response.
Initially I chose PHP 8.0 when I linked the site on my Webhosting control panel, now I've tried it with 7,4 and it seems to work:)
All the Best
