Cannot Customize Main Page

I cannot customize my main page of the site. There is no Gridder under the customize menu. Project pages are fine. When attempting to customize the main page instead of gridder I only see the the web version of the site with no ability to edit.

Please make sure of the following before proceeding:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

Possibly your website is running PHP 8.0 this has been knownin some cases to cause issue.

@Richard I tried all these suggestions and still the issue persists.
Everything is up to date.
No custom CSS or JS.
All plugins are up to date. The plugins on the site are:
Contextual related Posts
Lay Theme Carousel
Post Sliders and Post Grids
Wordfence
WPS Hide Login
I'm not using WordPressCache. No other way to clear the cache.
License Key seems fine
PHP is 7.3.11
