I observed something strange or maybe it is because I am doing something wrong.

For some custom Javascript I added custom HTML to one page of my website. When trying to do this via +HTML I will not see it on the website but I can inspect it with Chrome though.

So I added it via +Text—Source code and then it works. It is producing some glitches from time to time which could also be related to 'newpageshown' which might not work every time I am resizing the browser window.

Does anybody know how I can make the HTML work the regular way? I want to see if Javascript works a bit more reliable then.

      Dear @emgeoffice

What may be happening (hard to say specifically). Is your + HTML is working fine but you must add some CSS styling to it.

I have noticed this is the past. Hope it is helpful :)

      Best wishes

Dear @Richard this did not work so far. :/ I am still going with the +Text. The code is there in the inspector if I add +HTML but there is nothing visible for the visitor of the website. Another problem is that the Javascript is somehow doubling, invisible though, if I add it that way.

I guess all the problems are related to the fact that there are too many nested classes and containers if I add regular HTML. I can see it in the inspector. It is from 'gridder' to 'column' etc.

          Dear @emgeoffice

Thanks for the update and for clarifying 🌝
If you like, send me a link to your website and i can 'inspect' these elements that aren't visible.

          Best wishes
          Richard

Hi @Richard this is the link: www.emgeoffice.com

The Javascript is on the front page / Files. Right now it is realised through the +Text—Source code element. You will maybe see that there are some bugs sometimes. It occurs especially on first load of the site.

To see the issue with +HTML I created this test-page: https://emgeoffice.com/test/
You can access it using your name as password: Richard

            Thank you so much!
