You were the only one who downloaded the update until now. Hmm it is a problem with your server configuration not being compatible with this new thing I did -

Ok you can update to 1.9.5 now
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
