problems with text styles

Hey,
I have a problem on text styles. On my page (https://estudimirador.org/termes-i-condicions/) the first column is in the same text style as the others but start lower, I tried to clean the format, don't have any top space and still hapenning.
What could happen?

There is a 10px Margin being added to the top of your " _default " Text format.
Any idea why this may be? any custom css added?

Hey Richard,
I don't know what happened, no css added on this website. Just copied the text and paste in a new text box and fixed!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
