Full-screen row getting smaller on scroll

I disabled the "menu bar" – it didn't help. I removed my custom code – still no change. The only custom code I am running are the css transistions of the background color.

I still got no reply to this support request. I still have the same problem. By the way: it only occurs when I scroll with the mouse in the browser – not when I use a "scroll to top" link (which works finde…).
