Rotating text navigation menu

Is it possible to apply the "Typing Effect" in the navgation menu? Example on my website.
Would like to have this effect in the first label of the menu.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
