Carousel captions

Hello everyone,
I´m having some issues with Captions within my image-carousel.Every time I edit a caption / delete the old one, the new version of the caption is stacking on top of the older version, and the more I try to get rid of the old versions, the more captions are appearing on my website
Does anyone know a way out? :)

Are you able to post a link to your website with the Carousel Captions in question?
Additionally could you please make sure of the following:
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all updated to current versions ?
Any custom code </> that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated.
If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning: PHP UPDATE REQUIRED Please update your PHP version in your webhosting control panel.
If the above do not fix the repeating captions:
Could you please send me your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password via 'Chat' ? I will then be able to take a closer look. 🔍

If this is indeed a Lay Theme Bug 🐛it would be great to get it sorted as soon as possible. I'm sure other users in this case will have the same problem and it can be solved in a future update.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
