    Hello,

    My carousels that are designed to go from the left margin to the right margin have become offset to the right all of a sudden, and are not in line with my "set frame" values. Any suggestions on this? Mockup attached for clarity. Screen Shot 2021-07-07 at 11.43.41 AM.png

    Thanks in advance

      Dear Jordan

      @jordanm

      Could you please make sure of the following:

      Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all updated to current versions ?

      Any custom code </> that may interfere is temporarily removed.

      Any third-party plugins are de-activated.

      If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.

      License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)

      If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning: PHP UPDATE REQUIRED
 Please update your PHP version in your webhosting control panel.

      Additionally take a look at https://laytheme.com/troubleshooting.html
 for known problems.

      .lay-carousel-wrap.dont-show-multiple-slides.dont-fill-slides img.h100 { left: 47%; }

      The issue could be solved by adding some code, similar to this but it wouldn't be an elegant fix.

      Thirdly, an option is if via 'Chats' you send me a with message your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password. I could then login to inspect further. ✨

      NOTE: Do not disclose personal information on this thread.

      Lastly if this is indeed a Lay Theme Bug 🐛it would be great to get it sorted as soon as possible. I'm sure other users in this case will have the same problem and it can be solved in a future update.

      Talk soon Jordan and have a wonderful day 🌝
      Richard

        Hi Richard,

        Thank you for your response. I've confirmed that all themes and addons are currently up to date. I have no custom code used on my site and currently no PHP alerts on my dashboard.

        I will chat you privately – thanks!
