Project Title Mouseover switch off Background Color on mobile

Hey !
Unfortunately I haven't managed to solve this by my own. :(
This is what I want to archive:
desktop: project thumbnail
desktop hover: white background with project title on top of the imagemobile: thumbnail with title on top of the image
If I choose "always show mouseover state" I have a 100% white project thumbnail on mobile
if I choose "do not show mouseover state" I won't see the title but the image.Any ideas?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
