Possible to integrate "latest Tweet" like widget?

is it possible to do this somehow?

So far I tried following plugin however I don't see the Widgets option in the Admin's sidebar:

hey lay theme doesn't have any widget areas :/
It seems like the only way to use this plugin is through a widget area. With most plugins you can use a shortcode and it will put the plugins output wherever you put the shortcode. However, at the moment lay theme doesn't support shortcodes. But I'm going to change that soon. Maybe next month :O
