project thumbnail mouseover image triggering over the project title

Hi there, I've just about finished my portfolio. There's just one more feature I'd like to add: I'd like the project thumbnail mouseover image to trigger when it's hovering over the text, and not just when it's hovering over the image.

For example, when hovering over "Engineers Without Borders:" it will trigger the mouseover hover effect.
