How to fix a block text on a project

Hi there !

I do a portfolio for a client and I would like to have the description of a project always visible when you scroll. I know that this subject already has posted but i've tried to follow every step and it doesn't work.
I have 18 column in a row and now images of the projects slide on the left, under the text block.
If someone have any suggestion I take it !
