    Hi there,

In my Menu I'm using sub-items. On Desktop I can click on the top-level items and they take my to the page. However on Mobile, clicking the top-level item just uncovers its sub-items. That prevents me from going to the top-level pages.

See screenshot below - in this example Strategies page only uncovers its sub-items but I cannot go to Strategies (it's also a page) anymore.

Sorry for digging up this old post but I seem to have the exact same problem. Is there a way to make the top level menu clickable on the mobile site? Right now, you have to always choose a sub menu entry.

        Thanks!

what ure asking me is i think:

can people click on the down arrow to expand the submenu, and click on the text that is next to the down arrow, to visit the page that text is linked to?

and the answer is no, i think this will lead to people wanting to expand the submenu but accidentally clicking on the menupoint. especially on mobile, its hard to touch be so precise with your finger and on websites like nike.com i have also seen it work the way i did it :/

in appearance → menus, you can create a mobile menu. this mobile menu can differ from your desktop menu, and can have menu points like this:

          parent-menupoint (with "downarrow")

          • submenu-menupoint
          • submenu-menupoint
          • submenu-menupoint

etc. then for the "parent-menupoint" use a menupoint of type "custom" that contains no link or just # as a link. then as the first submenu point, choose the page that is the one you want to link to as the parent-menupoint right now / the "top page"

          does that work? :O

            Hi @arminunruh,

this is actually a great solution with the secondary menu for the mobile page. Wasn't aware of it! I just removed all the submenu entries and now the user has to scroll more but that is fine.
            Thanks a lot!
