Problems with custom mobile pages!
-
I’m in mid-build of a new site. I got my desktop pages looking just right. Then started on custom blank pages for mobile. And they are looking really good too. But then I just noticed the mobile pages have appeared at the bottom of my desktop ones?! It’s so strange. And I can’t get them to go away. I was playing with the break point for devices earlier which I ended up putting back to 600. But wondering if they maybe a cause? Hoping I don’t have to redo all the hours I put in by deleting the mobile pages and starting fresh.
@Richard @arminunruh can you help?

So looking closer at it. There appears to be 2 versions of every page on top of each other. One as it should look and the other with the same content broken.!! I tried deleting content from a mobile page and it went back to normal on that page. Then when I put it back, it duplicated again.

Dear @Garrod
Could you please make sure of the following when testing:
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
Do you use a multi-language plugin that is duplicating your content in clash with Lay Theme?
If you could post a link to your website with the Mobile content in question that would also help 🔍
Best wishes Garrod & talk soon 🌻
Richard
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
