Project Index preview not showing after being inserted in the page

Here's what I see when trying to edit a project index

Some of your Later Threads have the project Index appearing (at least on the front-end) Does the problem still persist?

When Troubleshooting:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?

Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

Yes, still happening, even after following all these requirements (everything's up to date, no custom code, no plugins).
