new notebook problems

Hi,
I have a new notebook and need to start with Wordpress from "zero".
Most of all:
Does the LAY theme also works with the GERMAN wordpress version? Or is it better to install the english one?Also, what do I have to do, so I can keep on working on the test page? I have a copy on my new notebook and also online.

The Language set for Wordpress does not affect if you can Install Lay Theme or any other Theme. As long as you have Wordpress CMS installed on your website ( not the wordpress.com hosting package however ) you can install Lay Theme. INFO: https://laytheme.com/installation.html

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
