Customize Thumbnail Element

Hej Volks,

I would like to add a custom byline for all my projects (using ACF) and would like to show it in the thumbnail element. Is there any Hook or Filter, I can use to customize the thumbnail element? Could you point me in the right direction?

Just found out there is an easier option to do this already integrated in Laytheme: Lay Options --> Activate Project Descriptions.

Sometimes it seams you are not able to see the solution because of all thee options. :)

Maybe that helps somebody in the future finding it quicker than me ...
