Underline style

Hi, is there a way to properly set the distance between a text with a link and the underline? I tried with different css methods ma nothing seems to work.

What text to underline are you trying to change? the Cookie bar?
(other links are not underlined)

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
