Customers redirected to login page after making a purchase

Hey,
Our issue is that after a customer orders with WooCommerce on the website: https://www.mynameisfuzzy.ch/ and pays with PayPal or Twint, they are automatically redirected to the login page:We asked the Twint plugin's developer about it. Apparently, the problem doesn't occur with different themes, and it could be due to some custom code of Lay Theme.
How could we resolve this issue? Is there a way around it or is the redirection up to PayPal and Twint?
Thank's

Dear @leaioli
This may be a little out of my depth as forum moderator but wish to help 🌝
Please confirm the following for testing:
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue (WooCommerce & related can be left activated).
This way we know we are working with a Good Vanilla Lay Theme - Woocommerce environment.
Please post a link to your website if possible,
Then if issue not solved:
Please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?
( any other relevant info will be appreciated )
I will also forward this to Armin 🔍✅
Best wishes & have a wonderful day
Richard

Hi Richard,
Thank you for your answer and the info.
I’ve checked what you listed. Everything on the website is up to date. No custom CSS or JS should be interfering and the TWINT plugin developer tried deactivating the plugins to see if it worked, which still wasn't the case. The link to the website is the following: https://www.mynameisfuzzy.ch and the shop is on the page named “Boutique”.
We would really appreciate your help! Since it seems like the different options aren't the problem, unless I missed something, I’m sending an email with the info to access WordPress as suggested.
Thank’s,
