Reached maximum allowable domains
-
Hi LayTheme Team,
my Laytheme Pro licence is currently only in use at one domain,- which is the followin benitonka.com so i should be able to licence it at 2 more domains.
When I try to activate the licence it states the following: "Reached maximum allowable domains" as I used it at domains in the past which are currently not in use.
Could you reset my key so that I will be able to use it for 2 more domains?
Thanks in advance!

@Richard Hi, after an upgrade by my provider my site crashed so I'm in the proces of rebuilding it on koencolpaert.be but was not able to unregister the site.
I was wondering if what steps I needed to take to get all other installations revoked and re-activate my license?
Thanks in advance.

Dear @koencolpaert
Sorry to hear about the Crash, i can definitely help you on the License key front.
I can reset any License key you wish or remove any websites activated on that key. This way you can use them moving forwards as if they are fresh.
talk soon āØ
Richard
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.
