Can the footer be displayed on top a body text that occupies 100vh??

Hi!
I designed a marquee at the footer of my homesite: http://www.nataliadominguez.com/.As you can see, there are 3 text columns (92vh) with a scroll down and the marquee appears behind of the columns but I would like it on top so the white background of the footer covers the text of the columns.
Is it possible?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
