I see that Lay Theme version 4.1.0 is installed, do you wish to upgrade to 4.2.3?

Also are Woocommerce, Wordpress and Lay Theme Addon's updated fully?

Any third-party plugins temporarily deactivated to see if this is the problem?

I made the update but it still doesn't work... An other user in wordpress add the images of the shop, is it possible that if, ass an admin, I delete the user, the images also are deleted ? Because I deleted the user that upload the images on the shop...

Do the images that were uploaded still exist within your Media Library?

If you create a basic Lay Theme page and add some images to the Gridder do they appear?
