Intro plays when coming from a page or project to the front page?
-
Hey @Richard
Is there a way to only have the intro (yellow) only play when you arrive to the site? At the moment it plays when you come back to the Home page from a page or project ... it's a little too much. Help, please π¦₯
Kind regards,
Aaron -
Dear Aaron
@aarondawkins
If the Intro is always replaying, then you may have "Ajax Compatibility mode" on within > Lay Options:
Also i was unable to reach your website from the link provided sorry π
Best wishes

Hi @Richard,
Thanks for getting back to me.
This is switched off ... still having the same issue. I have also disabled the plug-ins and checked. Would having the front page as a page and not a category be an issue?
How come you couldn't reach the site? the address is: www.marvinzilm.com
Could you take a look?
Many thanks!

Dear Aaron
@aarondawkins
I see the Intro is reappearing after every reload and this should not be happening. I am unable to recreate the Bug though so it's isolated to your site, therefore can we make sure of the following moving forwards please:
Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)
If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update requiredββ¨ Please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

Dear Aaron
@aarondawkins
Thank you for the login details, everything within your Admin seems fine and when testing the Intro Feature on Safari and Chrome it only appears correctly on the homepage, it does not apply when navigating within pages and projects.π
