Mute button in slider not showing in Safari (but in Chrome)
-
In the last (fifth) video in this video slider here https://clubder80er.de/#events the mute button should show up. It does in Chrome, but not in Safari. It does work when you click the area whee it's supposed to be and it works, but it's not initially visible. It is though as soon as you click the "invisible" icon.
What could be the issue?
Thanks!

Dear @thomasmaier
Im not able to recreate the Bug on mine sorry. does each video have a mute and unmute - or is it just the last?
I noticed when resizing or making any adjustment to the page we get the mute button appearing.
Could we make sure of the following please?Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
This will really help decide if its lay theme or something else 🌝
Thanks and best wishes

Hi, thanks for the reply!
Only the last video has sound and the mute button. The Lay theme version is the current 4.2.3., Wordpress is 5.9.2, there is some custom css, but nothing particularly heavy, same goes for plugins and no custom JS....Thanks!

Dear @thomasmaier
If you can confirm that the CSS/JS (contactform7.. (although not heavy) is not having any influence:
Please send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?
Armin can then have a better look 🔍✅
Mute present:
Resizing browser or interacting will css will make it appear:
Your CSS:
@media (max-width: 970px){.navbar { background-size: contain; } .laynav.mobile-nav { top: 0 !important; background-color: rgb(139, 22, 44, 0.8);; } .laynav.mobile-nav ._Menu { border-bottom: 0; } .lay-mobile-icons-wrap { padding-right: 5% !important; }}
Talk soon & thank you for supporting Lay Theme
