Gridder does not resize nor drag

I started having trouble with the gridder:
the functions of dragging and resizing are gone.
i've updated all the plugins.
using mozilla firefox 98.0.2
how can i fix it?

Thanks for updating your Plugins, could you please confirm the following 🌝
Wordpress, PHP version & Lay Theme are all up to date ?
Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
Any screenshots or videos of the issue would be appreciated.

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
