How do I fix my menu bar on top of my website?

I want to have a menu bar as a header but can`t find an option to fix the bar. Whenever I scroll down and up again, it moves and partly covers text and images. I want to have it completely fixed on top of my website without any movement.
Any help is very appreciated! -

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
