Carousel / position of images

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding the Carousel plugin:

With the setting "Aspect Ratio of first Element" images of different sizes are displayed (landscape, portrait and wide landscape).
The problem: with the "wide landscape" the image is not centered horizontally, but placed at the bottom within the carousel.
Is there an option or a CCS setting with which I can correct this?

yes in lay options -> carousel addon -> Vertical Alignment of Slides
set it to middle
