After adding wordpress and then laytheme to the existing website it hasn't updated for three weeks now

I was running a website on hosting for quite some time and later (2 weeks or so) i installed wordpress.org and laytheme to the website. im running into the same problems as in this link (http://laythemeforum.com:4567/topic/5615/front-page-empty-customizer-not-working ) I thought I needed to wait some time for the files to move but i keep seeing the old website. Only when I disable cookies and refresh then I can see the one I made with laytheme but only until the next opening of the website. I'm also missing an option to customize the front page.
The website I write about is www.nikodemmarek.com

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into

- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
