Sticky and strollable elements at the same page

Hi everyone,
How can this 'effect' can be achived in Laytheme, where some or one element is sticked while there are elements that can be scrolled,

he gave the first row a class of "bgfixed" (in gridder: right click row and click set html class and id)

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
