Vimeo embed cache

Hi, we have a problem with our LayTheme Wordpress website: if you open a page first time, you get the right Vimeo video embedded in the page; but as a user move to a next post or page, the website open the previous Vimeo video embed, and not the acutal one. In order to have the actual Vimeo video shown, you have to refresh the page. If you don't refresh, you get the wrong video called. We can't write: please refresh on every page... That's pretty annoying. It looks like a Cache problem but I don't know how to solve it. Any suggestion?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
