gridder is preventing a plugin's content coming through

I'm trying to install a new plugin with Tarokina Pro.
I have been in touch with their support.
I have embedded the relevant shortcode into a new page.
The general content is loading as I would expect but the images do not.After an investigation their support team said it was the gridder preventing this specific content/images specifically from loading.
I have a couple of questions
- is there a fix from similar scenarios that could apply
- is there a way to turn the gridder off for this particular page? Or does it mean that I should apply a new theme to the page?

hey!
i cant see an error in the console about the tarot plugin.
only one for the fullscreen slider addon. can u disable it and try to see if it works?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
