Hello Armin,
a client I'm creating a site for purchased the pro license yesterday but he did not get a zip file yet. What can we do to get the file?

Sometimes you can download the unzipped folder and then zip it by yourself to upload it on Wordpress. Maybe this works.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
