Bad bug messing up the rows

All of a sudden the rows overlap weirdly. Look here: https://practice.de/teachers/
The portrait images that overlap the big images should actually sit in the row above.
It only happens on this page and I have no clue what I could have done to cause this. I updated Laytheme today but I'm not sure if it was already there before. I also updated Polylang.
Any ideas? I need to repair this urgently.
I also found another bug that is maybe related.
On one of my pages, I saw that all horizontal lines used on the page suddenly sit all on top of the gridder. And rows where they should be are empty. Also I can't place a horizontal line in a row anymore. When I try to do that it jumps to another place.This is clearly a bug and I guess it's related to my first problem.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
