Intro page always showing up

Hello,
i activated the intro feature on my website, but the image always shows up when i click the main menu button that's just supposed to get me to the landing page. how do i fix this? I only want the intro showing up ONCE at the beginning when you visit the website. Can someone please help?Thank you!

u need to make sure "lay options" ā disable ajax/compat mode
is NOT checkedalso make sure u dont have woocommerce enabled
also make sure you dont use a shortcode on your frontpage or footer that is in use on your frontpage -

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
