Errror after PHP 8.0 Update

Hi together,

I just updated my domain to PHP 8.0 as my host asks me to do that. Otherwise I need to pay 6 €/ monthly.

After the update I have the following error messages von my laytheme website:

Warning: Undefined property: WP_Error::$slug in /homepages/21/d4295461339/htdocs/ferrymohr/wp-content/themes/lay/frontend/frontend.php on line 84

Warning: Undefined property: WP_Error::$term_id in /homepages/21/d4295461339/htdocs/ferrymohr/wp-content/themes/lay/frontend/assets/php/layout.php on line 130

Warning: Undefined property: WP_Error::$slug in /homepages/21/d4295461339/htdocs/ferrymohr/wp-content/themes/lay/frontend/assets/php/layout.php on line 131

Warning: Undefined property: WP_Error::$term_id in /homepages/21/d4295461339/htdocs/ferrymohr/wp-content/themes/lay/frontend/assets/php/layout.php on line 133

As far that I notice it everything else is working, only the big error message letters are on the page.

Can you help me with this issue?

FYI: I changed the domain back to 7.4 in order to still use the website without a problem.

i think you may have set a frontpage that doesnt exist

can you go to customize → frontpage

and set a different frontpage?
