Set Row Images Bacvkground - Background Opacity

Hello all,
have the following malfunction with the Set ROW, Left, Right Image Background.
Specifically with the Background Opacity.When I want to set this, the mouse gets stuck on it. The settings can not be applied.
Checked with the latest browser Firefox and Safari

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
