Primary Menu Missing

Hello,
Really strange issue here. Ive had the PRIMARY MENU tick box go missing the first time around so I reset WP and started again. I was just about to wrap up the website design and its missing again!
The last thing I did was change the #hex colour of the horizontal lines (global).I did not install any plugins in the time it worked/didnt work (disappear).
Ive searched for an answer but cant find anything - any help ?
The only option I now have is MOBILE MENU and that does not affect anything... :(This is the website: http://fovg.org.au/
Its for a volunteer group!

how to fix it:
update lay theme
go to lay options
click save

Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
