Can"t update extensions
-
Hello, I just uploaded old extensions on a new website. I've got them on my laptop for few years and it looks like it's too old to work but i can't update them. It say's that I have like version 1.3.4 for fullscreen. It says that
"A new version of this plugin is available."
but I have no possibility to update as I find for others extensions available (no lay theme).I tried all of them on this page for example and none is active.
https://midistudio.fr/Maybe I just need to receive new versions ?
Thank you so much

Hey man, if you update your LayTheme to the latest version it should let you update the extensions, that should hopefully fix it. Cheers.

@alasdair17 thank you man for your help! I am almost updated, only the last version can’t be updated but I’ve seen that I am not the only one. It shouldn’t be this !

@benbenben05 No problem! Are your extensions and theme working and up to date except from the recent one now?
-
@alasdair17 no I still can't update my extensions… and only laytheme ones !
-
@benbenben05 sorry do you mean you still can't update laytheme extensions like, 'Carousel' or 'Fullscreen Slider'? If your Laytheme is up to date you should be able to.

might be worth asking @arminunruh to sign into your admin panel to see what's going on.

@alasdair17 Yes I can't update my laytheme extensions, it's stuck in really old versions. I also can't get the very last version of laytheme but it looks like other people have the same issue. I also can't see thumbnail grid on my pages… a lot of mini bugs that I never have on my other website !

@arminunruh could you help ? Thanks a lot -
@benbenben05 ah sorry to hear that, usually you can just update the plugins when you have the newest version. Perhaps you could try a clean install if you had time to recreate your site if not I'm sure Armin will be able to help when he can.
