same problem as with the last update.
From 4.9.2 to 4.9.3 is updated. Is displayed afterwards nevertheless again. -

Even after clearing the cache and starting the update, still see the 4.9.3 update notification. -

yea it was a bug, i didnt set the correct version in one file. now with 4.9.4 thats fixed

Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
