my background image is being cut off

so on my pages where i set a fixed background image, the image is being cut off on the bottom.
when i try to use the "set frame" options it shows the entire image but makes the site scrollable which i dont want.
any help? if you wanna answer in german thats fine with me!

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
