Fatal error code

Came up with a fatal error code which when trouble shooting with wordpress support they say it was a Lay theme error this was the link they gave me for the problem - https://d.pr/n/3CxL6k
They have deactivated the theme and the error has gone but now my site looks totally wrong, can you fix this issue so I can reinstall the theme?
Let me know if there is anything else I can do in the mean time

I have also just deleted the theme and reinstalled it from my zip file and the same thing happens

hey there i think we wrote emails and managed to fix this
Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
