Site not showing in IE

Hi,
I'm having some issues with IE. There is no added HTML, only a bit of CSS. No extra plugins either. It's pure LAY theme.
The site was sent out to a mailing list . There were several replies that it was not showing in IE. I don't have any more details that than.
I still can't get the ninja form in the footer (or anywhere) to work.
I would appreciate some help with these two things. Thank you!

the website works on IE11 and edge.
Not sure, maybe some have IE10 or lower. IE10 and lower is very old, I don't really want to support it.
Going to work on the contact form shortcode problem. Can't tell you exactly when it will be fixed.

Sorry man still haven't worked on the contact form thing. I did too many freelance jobs these last months so I didn't have enough time for lay theme. I want to keep my january free just for lay theme.
I also code custom websites or custom Lay features.

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
